Dineamic Events was charged with preparing, heating and delivering almost 100kg of soup into the sites for these two major events. There were no heating facilities onsite and we were required to address all OH&S concerns for volunteers serving the hot soup from the St Vincent's food vans. Dineamic Events was briefed to estimate the quantities of soup required and package up and deliver in an efficient and safe manner to keep warm for 6-8 hours before a seamless service.
Dineamic Events produced three tasty soups, honey pumpkin, minestrone & quinoa and chicken & corn. All soups met dietary requirements such as GF, DF, VG ensuring that all guests were catered for. By producing these onsite at our Camberwell kitchen we were able to ensure they were packaged at the last possible moment before safely transporting the product to the venues for distribution.
The CEO Sleep out was a huge success raising over 6 million dollars across Australia. Dineamic Provided soup for 320 participants that took part in the successful Melbourne and Geelong sleep-outs.
